PSM is a professional trained to ensure that Scrum teams apply the Scrum methodology correctly. PSMs apply Scrum rules, practices, and techniques to help Scrum teams achieve their goals.
PSM training enables you to learn the fundamental knowledge and skills needed to understand the Scrum methodology and manage Scrum teams. Additionally, it enables you to learn the tools and techniques required to increase the productivity of Scrum teams and make continuous improvements.
PSM training can be attended from an educational institution or online resources provided by organizations such as Scrum.org. The training can take place over a period of two days and may culminate in an examination at the end.
The PSM exam is conducted online and consists of 80 questions within a duration of 1 hour. A score of 68 or higher is required to pass the exam.
