In 2019, with the guidance of Projera consultancy, we embarked on our Agile Transformation Journey with five pilot teams. We made the decision to expand this transformation in 2020, during the peak of the pandemic. While experiencing remote work, we also implemented our new working model at the same time. In the past two years, we have formed around forty teams consisting of different individuals. We had to proceed with appropriate methods and approaches for each team, as we had around forty teams consisting of different individuals and receiving requests from different clients, each with its own unique dynamics.
Together with Projera, we tried to establish a common process for all teams, while also considering the differences between the teams and searching for the most suitable methods and solutions. With the help of our Agile coaches from Projera, we implemented the processes we had determined, taking into account our existing dynamics, and thus experienced a new way of working. We have also observed that this working system has reflected positively on business results and customer satisfaction. In the upcoming period, we aim to increase the maturity level of the teams we have established in IT while also aiming to spread the Agile Transformation to the business unit teams.
