    About the Program

Agile teams gather at regular intervals to review the prioritized items in the product backlog and come to an agreement on them. After reaching an agreement, they want to make predictions about understanding these items, which ones have which dependencies, and how some can be divided into smaller pieces for faster value creation. However, they may struggle with breaking down large items, especially those that need to be divided into pieces, with the physical force brought by traditional ways of working. This training program will focus on addressing these issues and transferring solutions.
